Experience the energetic flow of yoga combined with core-strengthening  exercises. Each class will link yoga postures with flexibility, balance and breathing of Hatha Yoga and Pilates. Class will end with a guided relaxation. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace. A yoga mat is required. Dress comfortably.
