Improve your balance, posture, and functional movements while strengthening your core and conditioning your muscles in CoreAlign® classes. They are designed for individuals of all fitness levels. If you are new to strength and fitness CoreAlign® help you will develop proper conditioning techniques that can be used in all fitness classes. If you are consistently engaged in physical activities and conditioning, CoreAlign® can help you improve your performance, strength, and prevent injuries. Class sizes are small due to limited equipment and to allow for individualized instruction.
Strength and Conditioning with CoreAlign
Once you have the basics down in the Introduction to CoreAlign® class you can continue to improve your overall strength, muscle conditioning, balance, and posture in this class. Progressing at your own level, you will be introduced to a variety of exercises including core-controlled strength training, deep stress-free stretching, and functional movements that will continue to challenge you and improve your overall healthy lifestyle. Prerequisite: Introduction to CoreAlign® or a minimum of 4 CoreAlign® sessions with instructor approval.
CoreAlign classes are held at the Core Studio at Alpine Physical Therapy at 2965 Stockyard Road.
