Discover Yoga! The ancient practice of Yoga is an experiential path of self-discovery and holistic health. Our Yoga classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga techniques and principles of alignment--integrating postures, breathing exercises and relaxation to help people of all ages improve physical fitness, flexibility, and balance; as well as mental clarity, stress management, and overall well being. All levels welcome. Yoga mat required.
